This policy details how we gather, utilize, and safeguard your information during the recruitment and hiring process to progress your application, which may become your employment record if you enter into an employment contract.

Data Collection

This information may be collected by arieotech or received through Third-Party recruitment sites. 

  • Personal Information: Includes your name, address, contact details, education, work history, income, marital status, dependents, citizenship, country of residence, emergency contact information, and any documents you submit, such as a resume, cover letter, or previous experience documents or government IDs and any additional information you provide during the recruitment process. 
  • Assessment Information: Evaluation outcomes of psychological, technical or behavioral assessments that you may participate in. You will be notified about the details of such assessments before we conduct them. 
  • References: Data collected from references you provide during the screening process. We may also collect information related to the feedback from interviews and recruiter notes. 
  • Assessments: Video recordings of assessments or any coding work, along with related webcam images. 
  • Offer Details: Once hired, details collected during your application review will be verified and processed and become part of your employment record. 

Alumni Data Collection

  • Data about your former employment including positions, compensation and payroll. 
  • Personal information we already have in our arieotech system such as your birth year, former Employee ID, phone number, home address and education or training details in case of contingency. 

Diversity Related Data

We may request you to share your gender, ethnicity, disability or nationality to help us promote benefits related to diversity and inclusion programs 

Referrer responsibility

The employee may be responsible for ensuring that the prospective candidate is aware of the data privacy policy and has consented to share the information with arieotech when they refer candidates for any open positions. 

Usage of Information

  • Recruitment: We may use your information for verification, legal checks, and evaluating your fit for the role offered or any future roles if your skills meet the profile requirements. To attract top talents, we may use your application to gain insights about our applicant pool. 
  • Legal Obligations: We ensure compliance with applicable local, national or international laws and regulations.  
  • Process Improvement: We may use your data to refine our recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experiences. 
  • Alumni: We may contact you to enable your participation in our alumni-related engagements and help you with documents and details related to your employment with arieotech. In case of any relevant opportunities, we may reach out to you if you wish to apply.

  • Internal Use: We may share your information with arieotech personnel involved in hiring decisions such recruiters, hiring managers or anyone else involved in the hiring process on a need-to-know-basis.

  • Legal Disclosure: If legally required, we may disclose your information to protect arieotech’s interests or to comply with the law. Government officials may use your information where legal reporting requirements may exist.
